A bit bold of me, as you did specifically ask for native target language speakers, but I think the source in itself is tricky/ambiguous.

I've read through it several times and I believe "a su paso por" refers to all of the roads (it could even refer to "las intersecciones", but for this we'd have to conclude that the Spanish is even clumsier, as an intersection is a specific crossroads or t-junction - not a strech of road).

My initial impression was also that it applied only to the B-14, but the fact that all of the roads mentioned are numbered (i.e. no street names) seems to indicate that they're all motorways or country roads; therefore "su paso" might well refer to all of them: it would seem logical. A plural reference "a sus pasos por" would sound distinctly odd.

Therefore, "a su paso" could in fact refer to just 1, but also to 2, or even all 3 of the roads mentioned in the text.

IMHO, you could simplify the "as su paso por" structure to "urban sections of".

Now, putting this all together with "intersecciones" is a bit too much for my English skills:

at the intersections of the urban sections (stretches, portions) of the MU-522 with the B-29 and B-14 roads...

I think I'd sooner go for:

at the urban intersections of the MU-522 with the B-29 and the B14.


BUT...

It is still possible that "a su paso" refers only to the MU-522/B-14 junction, and that the other crossraods is not actually inside the town.

Have you got any map that could help clarify? Perhaps you might need to ask the client...

I tried to locate the interesections with Google Maps to see if either or both were in an urban area but, unfortunately, I could find neither the B-29 or the B-14 - instead, I found the B-10, B-15 and B-19...sorry
