I would tend to use this form in the USA. Used not only to show what has been done, but also what needs to be done.

Remeasurement drawing
It a drawing used for the measurement for purposes of payment, and does not necessarily show how it was actually constructed. It could be the contractor finds a different (better?) way of constructing it, but he will only be paid for what is shown on the Abrechnungsskizze. This is a term that is not frequently used.
