: Αν και δεν έχω συναντήσει ποτέ τον όρο σε ελληνικό βιβλίο μοριακής βιολογίας, φαίνεται πως η ανόπτηση (=annealing, http://translation.babylon.com/English/to-Greek/anneal/) σημαίνει απλή σύνδεση αλυσίδων για το σχηματισμό δίκλωνου μορίου.

Δεν γνωρίζω αν υπάρχει αντίστοιχος όρος στα ελληνικά. Το ενδοκλωνικό δίκλωνο τμήμα που σχηματίζεται από παλινδρομική ακολουθία λέγεται βρόχος, όμως για αυτό υπάρχει το "loop".
