These are parts of a coach body. There are "paneles laterales" (fixed) and "tapas laterales" en chapa de duraluminio; also "tapas de maletero" de accionamiento neumático. (I suppose that's clear as to which part). The problem here is that "baggage compartment COVERS" sounds terrible (might as well be of canvas) and a "door panel" sounds ambiguous. Please, natives only.
