ZZZ is the first and only totally integrated resort on the Island. It incorporates a hotel, the five-star InterContinental, with 290 luxurious rooms and suites all with magnificent sea and Golf Course views. With business already done and forward bookings secured, the hotel is well on line to top 65% occupancy for the year 2008, as follows:

• Conference and Incentives account for 40% of business *
• Tour Operator and leisure market bring in another 55% of business *
• Regular Corporate clients add another 5% of business *

The resort attracts residents and guests from around the world. Its main markets can be described as below:

• The UK brings in over 50%, both as property owners and as family leisure guests at the hotel

• Between November and April, Germans make up the bulk of visitors coming to enjoy Golf and other sporting activities

• These nationalities are then followed by Russian, Scandinavian and continental EU countries

• The input of the Cypriot market is strong, and rentals of the townhouses and the hotel benefit from year-round local business
