contract it's from a private contract regarding 'poder especial' and this includes
escrituras de subsanación, de complemento, de aclaración y de rectificación.
I'm not entirely sure of their correct terms in English

It would be great if you could provide more information. At first glance, it sounds like a document attached to the contract in which case I would use "appendix"

additional instument

it's a document which is physically separate from another and yet complementary to it. Not too sure though. Hope it helps

Supplementary Deed

Not really a term of art - just signifies an 'additional instrument' needed, as per Sybila.

I've used initial caps, but the weblink doesn't.


Example sentence:

That the partners shall be entitled to modify the above terms relating to remuneration, interest, etc. payable to partners by executing a supplementary deed ...
