La fusión inversa de por sí es un "fast track or simplified method" por lo cual al decir "reverse merger" ya estamos diciendo que es fast track o simplified, explicitarlo cae en redundancia. Por las definiciones se deduce que en español se las llama "impropias" (ver el documento de Deloitte que está protegido y no admite copia), o, como indica la otra referencia, "short-form" en inglés.
