I'm not sure what 'resp' stands for here:

: A quick Google shows the FLF to be the Fédération Luxembourgeoise de Football. Presumably the same Germanic influence applies to Lux.Fr.

: yes, given the context this has to be it. Agree that Luxembourg French has to be viewed with a eye to German/Letzeburgisch influences (and sometimes even NL in certain cases).
