English to French Medical Human Resources

This question is for a website aimed at doctors wishing to work in the UK. The term comes within the following sentence:
"The company also aspires to extend the stay of doctors in the UK with attachment arrangements whenever this is possible."

I was thinking something on the lines of "organisation de stage", but is there a term that would better equate to the more specific context of working in a hospital, or just sound better in French?!
