This position is used for normal driving.
The automatic transmission control system selects the most suitable transmission ratio and controls engaging of ***the automatic converter exclusion clutch*** according to engine speed and load conditions.
Converter clutch status is displayed by a warning light that goes out when the clutch is engaged.
In prolonged converter operating conditions (clutch disengaged) the transmission oil temperature will rise.
In this situation shift to a lower gear to engage the clutch, and drive in these conditions until oil temperature returns to normal values.

Deşi scrie "exclusion"... altfel mă cam derutează, pt. că eu înţeleg că transmisia automată are convertor de cuplu, iar ambreiajul e la cea manuală. Mă rog, nu prea mă pricep eu la maşini, de asta tot întreb... Mulţumesc, oricum. |
