I know that finished goods is : Produits finis, but I can't find "Pure Buy or Non Pure Buy"

J'ai reçu une explication de la part de qqun mais sans terme précis :
I don't know how to say it, but its meaning is described in the "Answer". Si je le comprends bien (ce qui n'est pas sûr), celui qui vend ce produit n'y a pas ajouté de valeur, mais l'a acheté tout entier et le revend.
