Light tug

English to French Tech/Engineering Electronics / Elect Eng Power system
Align the alignment mark on the cable connector with the alignment mark on the receptacle of the battery tray, and then insert. A light tug on the strain relief of the cable will verify that the connector is fully inserted and locked in place.

Je ne suis pas sûre de comprendre le sens de "light tug" dans ce contexte. Merci d'avance !

I don't think we're talking about a "remorqueur léger" ;) so it must simply be "donner un léger coup" or "tirer d'un coup léger"
