Non-PRO English to French Bus/Financial Finance (general) titres/titles

General Managers XXXXX, YYYY and ZZZZ explained the strategic ambition and supporting initiatives of their respective sites.

I know the answer but this is to settle an argument with a client's client in France.

They use "gérant" for manager and général as in "directeur général" for general director, both of which I have to use (requirement).
