Что и кому принадлежит можно увидеть в годовом отчете, а годовой отчет - это официальный финансовый документ, отражающий финансовое состояние компании. В денежном выражении, балансовый отчет отражает, чем владеет компания, ее долги и степень владения компанией ее акционерами. I came across this term years earlier and translated it as balance iventory and the whole thing as Material Balance and Inventory.
