property (partially built) with adjoining land
As I noted in a (very late) reply to a previous question (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/2349232) attached land and property can be described as adjoining or conjoined depending on context and schema. The context here suggests adjoining.

freehold property (or part of property), common hold property
"If the property is freehold, this means that the land
on which the property is built is part of the sale."

"If the property is commonhold/share of freehold, this means that you can buy the freehold of a flat and own common parts of the building jointly with the owners of other flats in the building (known as a commonhold association)."
www.banburyball.co.uk/site/buyersGuide.php
A telek v. telekrész "building plot", part of a building plot.

ami angolul:
the freehold property incorporating a building plot which can be separated.

: WHat you say is perfectly true, but I wonder if the meaning here is "property (or part of property) and freehold". Certainly "ahhoz tartozó földrészlet" suggests the meaning freehold, rather than 'accompanying or adjoining land' as I initially thought.

Thanks. The "ahhoz tartozó" means the plot belonging to the building, forming one unit, by registration, planning consent or else. Could be only as big as the footprint, or big enough to divide and sell part of the land, but that's neither here or there.

: It is not clear from the context whether the property is of the 'freehold' or 'leasehold' type (i.e. built on emphyteutic land).

They are speaking of "értékesítési forgalmi adó", and no mention of lease or rent of any kind. The notion of emphyteutic land in Hungary has been replaced by the notion of lease or rent, since feudalism disappeared with communism.
