English to Spanish Tech/Engineering Electronics / Elect Eng Electrodeless UV lamps

Not sure how to translate this term. I suppose "fuente de alimentación" and "balasto" form part of it, but what preposition or link word, if any, to use - "de, con, tipo..."? On the other hand, I wonder if here "ballast" and "power supply" are somehow synonyms (please note that "ballast" alone is used twice in the examples below); in which case, could I simply use "balasto" in all instances in Spanish?

I don't know enough about electrodeless lamps; your help will be appreciated

A magnetron power supply is able to light the lamp and facilitate flow pacing since it has an unlimited ability to be turned on and off, without restriction.
