Glossary entry (derived from question below)
German term or phrase:
Sprungauflassung
English translation:
direct conveyance to a subpurchaser
German term
Sprungauflassung
I only have part of the sale agreement. It looks as though the purchaser in the preliminary agreement is selling the property straight on (before the original sale agreement was completed) and is therefore now acting as the vendor. To me, Sprungauflassung suggests transferring ownership (conveyancing) to the final purchaser and thus jumping over the conveyancing from the original vendor to the original purchaser. Does that look right? If so, does anyone know an equivalent English term?

Proposed translations
Direct conveyance to a subpurchaser
The reference below indicates that this is what happens when there is a "Kettenvertrag" and the property is transferred directly to the final purchaser - subpurchaser in English conveyancing terms - to use a colloquial expression "without touching the sides". The second reference only helps to show that the term is connected with sales contracts - €98 is a bit too much for me to find out more...
conveyance of property transfer
Auflassung here means conveyance in the context of law and sprung means transfer. The term generally used is conveyance of property.
back-to-back conveyance
This terminology is hard to fit into your sentence structure so they have suggested back-to-back conveyance as equally good.
Note that they did not recognise a "direct conveyance" as one that had been turned on.
(conveyance on) subsale
Whilst Sprungrevision would be a 'leapfrog' appeal, a leapfrog conveyance would not really be apposite.
