旁按：採用「報編」為託辭，在台灣是典型的翻供法。那些政客們平常什麼都不知道，一切都是看報紙才知道的。比方說，馬英九特別費案的翻供裡，他當然不知道他說過「特別費是公款，所以公款當然公用」，那一切都是媒體批露的，也就是「報編」的，無論什麼他事前、事中全都不知道，只在事後才在報上或電視上看到。「偵查、偵訊、調查、訊問」對那些臉皮厚、心子黑的人而言，都沒有什麼了不起，當庭翻供就是了。

請記得，台灣的司法調查是由檢察官指揮調查局偵察辦理的，所以調查局的偵訊和檢察官的偵訊是具有同等位格的。
