neutral Ken Cox : sounds quite likely; there may not be a direct equivalent in English, since communal utility services are rare or long outdated in English-speaking countries/perhaps 'district utilty supervisor's office'

Danke. Ich denke auch, dass es eher um die "Meisterei" geht, da BZM auf einer Linie mit EVU genannt. Siehe auch noch meine letzte Notiz.
