Definitions
"Agreement" - the agreement regarding the provision that has been or will be closed between X and Supplier. THe following are also expressly included in the Agreement: the reference agreements tha have been closed between X and Supplier, as well as individual contracts that arise from the reference agreements, with the stipulation that each X contract must apply as a seperate Agreement.
