perhaps if Alex bothered to give us at least some context, we could figure out what this could be, but akusticke zrcadlo na hrani??
Start with sound mirror and run it through Google, Alex, you'll get descriptions and pics of tacky plastic mirrors with squeaking abilities....

akusticke zrcadlo (besides being a contradiction in terms) mirror reflects light, not sound, as far as I remember, does not fit the context (if indeed toddler toys are the context)...
Try "mluvici, hrajici, etc. zrcadlo", maybe run a couple of these throuugh google to see if any Czech toy manufacturer puts them out or sells the foreign ones.....
