I'm having a mental block and can't remember the equivalent set phrase in English...... :s

It's aimed at buyers/investors/clients I think. Definitely not aimed at architects given that it's already been planned.

It's a 15 page document with layout plans, floor plans, descriptions etc. But it's not detailled enough to be very technical.

The phrase is the title of the document.

Who is it for? Buyers, or builders/architects? "Brief" or "(outline) specification" might work in the latter case. And "specification" might work in the former case too.

are you talking about a footnote? (a note at the bottom of a presentation?) or just a short presentation / intro / summary? I can't tell from the context you've given!

If brochure is OK for Bovis, then I think it should generally be OK, seems to be a similar enough context:
