Subject to Completion and notwithstanding the Warranties and Indemnities, the Shares shall be deemed to be for the risk and account of the Purchaser as from the Effective Date, and except for the Permitted Dividend the Purchaser shall be entitled to all dividends, distributions and any return of capital declared, paid or made on the Shares in respect of the period commencing on the Effective Date.
