This was given to me by an American Manager at Ruiz, Urquiza y Cía (Mexico's former Arthur Andersen member firm) back in 1990.

Also, in looking up the word "ficto" in the "Diccionario de la Lengua Española - Real Academia Española", the definition given was "the past participle form of the verb FINGIR".
