Uno de los objetivos más importantes para XXX es consolidarse como la primera empresa paneuropea de gestión de activos.....
Aqui tengo tres dudas:
paneuropea es "paneuropean" o no existe esta expresión en inglés?
Y qué significa "consolidarse" aquí?
¿Y gestión de activos es asset management?
Muchas gracias

One to XXX's key objectives is to consolidate its position as the leading Europe-wide asset ...
(asset) management company
pan European is not really used much in business writing.
However, since many people now consider 'European' to mean EU (only) you could also say "as the leading asset management company on the European continent".
regards from non-continental Europe (Malta)!

One of XXX's main goals is to strengthen its position as Europe's leading company in asset managemen
"Strengthen its position" is just a less literal alternative to "consolidate".
Pan-European is ok but not common, as has already been mentioned in another reply. I would just use "Europe" so as not to lose fluidity.
Asset management seems fine.
