Non-PRO English to Spanish Other Other General language

I am not sure to understand this phrase when it is daid that it is "planned". This is the txt I have:
"fish scissors look like fish [...]"
Is that deliberate?

Any ideas? It is not simply a "coincidencia" in Spanish?
