Se trata del artículo que determina las notificaciones de las juntas de acionistas, el párrafo dice así: "Notifications shall be served either personally or by mail, by or at the direction of the president, the secretary, or the officer or the person calling the meeting, not less than ten (10) nor more than thirty (30) days before the date of the meeting, unless the lapse of the prescribed time shall have been waived before or after the taking of such action.
