English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Terms and conditions - Distribution agreement
According to the OED, one of the meanings for "set-off" is "counter-claim", but are they exactly the same thing here? And then what would be the suitable translation into Spanish? Many thanks in advance.
