: Мне кажется, кодекс РФ говорит "Вы - нам, а мы - вам", а Ваши ссылки - обе о "pre-paid" (1) если студент заплатит вперед, он получит скидку и (2) Давай-ка, TMI, деньги на бочку. "Договор получил регулирование под названием договор" - с ума сойти.

1) В данном случае я преложила перевод для Paid Services. Несмотря на то, что в ссылках стоит pre-paid, считаю употребление Pad Services Agreement очень возможным. 2) претензии ко мне или к правительству Канады?
