I took three postgraduate courses in statistics many years ago, and this seems to make sense. I am sure about the "weighted average".
Since "correlación", most often in mathematics is "proportion" or "rate", and since "coincidencia" would mean "in agreement", a proportion or rate that is in agreement would be positive, and in statistics we always talk about positive and/or negative correlations, and the word "correlation" is synonomous with "relationship".
