You're welcome. Well, "zveřejněných" means "made public" so "dates of publication" is implied. This formulation is also used for patents, e.g.

Thanks. "Proprietary" seems a good option here. I'm not sure which part of the Czech text corresponds to "dates of publication" (is "dates" somehow implied?) or to "... rights pending").

Publicly-released inherent or licensed protective rights

"vlastný" here seems to be referring to rights which accrue automatically to the rights-holder, so I suggest the word "inherent" as a translation.

Licensing rights would be those that are conferred by the operation of a license (see below).

Thanks. Could be - though I've come across "inherent rights" mainly in the context of human rights, the rights which are automatically our birthright.
