transfer fee

I understand this to mean the fee a customer pays if they transfer their funds from one pension scheme to another. They are then liable for a pension transfer fee, typically about DKK 1,000.

Could work as well, I guess.

Depending on the context of course. If, as in Diarmud's example, it is a transfer within the same company/fund, then I guess transfer is good. If however the transfer to another company/fund, then I think migration could work.
