購買意欲
I'm not an expert :), but have done some translation in this field. Anyhow, just a suggestion. Not sure if there is any 定訳 for this.
購買 part might change depending on the context you are working on. Good luck!

Another candidate is 消費意欲. Not sure which one is faster to say :). To me, this term seems to describe the same willingness from the consumers' perspective (モノを買いたい、サービスを受けたい), sometimes regardless of what the モノ is.

Note from asker:
Rie, it's for interpreting at a marketing meeting. So a concise phrase (faster and easier to say) is appreciated. Yours does fit the description. I need to wait the "24" though. |

Yeah, I think 支払意志額調査 by itself would be fine. 価値意識法 is just a descriptor, but you might want to include it the first time it is mentioned.

Personally that is not my choice. I like Rie-san's better, and in fact I used her's often in my own works (I do marketing material a lot), and never been complained for the choice of my word.
This is just for your reference as it also coinsides with casey's research result -- except more precise. Besides, college researcher's terminology may deliver its own weight.
