Thanks, I see what you mean. It's probably the same thing, you're right. My problem is that in my text they want to attract 'big' international names (and already have some) so it's not just for start-ups and the 'hotel' bit seems to indicate short-term ...

hi Bourth ... I did check the glossaries but typed in whole term with an 's' so it didn't show up ... have now found it (text has gone so have more time!). Still wonder though if there's a difference between business centre per se and this kind of 'hotel'. Just checked out your website. Interesting, thanks but still haven't found exact term ...

only because it seems to be a little more specific than a normal business centre, which is why they use the term 'hotel'. But maybe you're right, maybe it is enough to simply use business centre ...(I have to make a quick decision!!)

I'm not sure why you need to mention 'lease'. Why not just 'business centre' for 'entreprise d'hotel'?

Hi suezen, I think you're right in that these places *offer* short-term corporate leases, but in the sentence above you need a term for a physical space. Of course, business centres offering short-term corporate leases is a bit of a mouthful!

I wonder if they mean "hôtel" as in "hôtel de ville", rather than a tourist hotel....

Perhaps a "hall" or centre for business meetings, conferences, etc.?
