"Avulsa" is a single sale as opposed to a lot sale.
For example if beer is sold by the case, a single bottle is "avulsa".
So while it could be one of the trnslations proposed by my distinguished colleagues above, depending on your context it could be "single item sale" or "unit sale".
A little more context would not be amiss.

: One of the meanings of avulsa is detached, so this rendering fits very nicely. In auto parts stores cartons are often broken to sell a single item.

Thank you, Dsdivers3. I think what we have here is one more case of PT vs BZ. In Brazil this is the MAIN meaning of "avulso". I never heard it used for "retail."

O que eu percebi da sua dúvida é que quer saber como se chama uma loja de venda avulsa de acessórios para automóveis e não por grosso. Ou seja, um retalhista. Estou certa?

a one-off sale
This means a single sale as opposed to constant sales. I think avulsa means one-off. Good luck and I hope it helps.
