French term

kiosque

French to English Marketing Telecom(munications)
Used here as a modifier, e.g.

"Offres kiosques complémentaires aux portails"

That's the best context I have, but the terms that are indirectly associated in this document are goodies, games, communication options, SMS, gallery, audiotel, minitel, etc.

I've looked through other entries for 'kiosque' on this site but I'm not finding anything directly related.

Thanks in advance.

newsstand

Perhaps these are special offers / products aimed specifically at small pavement newsstands, who do currently sell things like phone cards etc.? Large volume / low value, very limited display space...

At any rate, I think this is a likely meaning of "kiosque" here

In the light of Adam's clearly more pertinent suggestion, I think my ill-informed answer now looks rather silly, but I'll leave it posted just for the minute.
