German term

freihändig verwerten

German to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Terms and Conditions
The full sentence reads as follows:

The paragraph has just mentioned that the manufacturer shall hold goods in storage for the sales partner who is obviously expected to accept their delivery. Does freihaendig verwerten simply mean "freely use" or have I got this wrong?

agree Steffen Walter : And "verwerten" means "to dispose of" here IMO.
