Welche Versorgungseinrichtungen sind dies?

xx wird den Ausstellern (Name des Gastronomieservices) als Caterer empfehlen.

I've put in the xx, but in the contract, everything within the parentheses is exactly as I've indicated here.
That entire second sentence confuses me. Does it mean: what types of services are these (the ones provided by xx's catering company)?

LEO has "kitchen facilities," but I don't understand how that would work here, unless it means: what kinds of facilities are there at the fairgrounds?
