The common phrase to use in Swedish would be just "näringsvärde". It is understood that this is an average, and this is not usually expressed in Swedish.
I just checked a dozen food packages to make sure that I remembered correctly about this.
Still, if you absolutely want to emphasize the average aspect, I would recommend "genomsnittligt näringsinnehåll" (used on e.g. http://www.mamut.com/homepages/Sweden/1/7/wwwbonestocom/subd...

If it's "per 100 g" that would be "per 100 g" also in Swedish.
If i'ts "per <nome del prodotto>", that would be "för <nome del prodotto>"
