El notario utilizó el pronombre relativo "cual" + el verbo "SER" en subjuntivo pretérito simple con "Fuera". “Cual fuere” quiere decir: “Que fué” ó “Que fuera”. Pudo haber utilizado la otra variante "Fuese", es decir, “Que fuera propiedad…”. No habla aún de que alguien será dueño a futuro, habla de un hecho pasado proyectado al futuro en una frase en el presente, (de haber sido ese “alguien” dueño del inmueble de referencia) sin serlo más (todavía dueño) al momento de estar ante el notario (de redacción de la frase), parecería que ese “alguien” que la volverá a adquirir, es la misma identificada ante el juez. Entonces la traducción podria ser:
“A) Property which in a future time was owned by the Buyer party (¿?), located at Santo Domingo and consisting of…”
