German term

Liegenschaftszins

German to English Bus/Financial Real Estate valuation
No direct context, refers to the yield of a property as a percentage of the net rent.

Wikipedia indicates this might be "all risk yield". Would this make sense?
TIA!

Arrrgh! I entered "Liegenschaftszins" in the term search, but not "Liegenschaftszins*satz* <bangs head on keyboard>. Thanks Ralf!

disagree alec_in_France : Careful! It's actually the *net* return - the word "gross" does not appear in the Woerterbuch entry (2nd edition - can't remember what we had in the 1st). !! This is the yield in the German Ertragswertverfahren: not directly comparable with other methods

Thanks, but it does in mine, published in 2005, I just verified.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks to all. Alec is correct about it being the net (A& Ertragswertverfahren was dead on!), so I will use "net property return""

property rate

German is not one of my langauges but English is, so I hope this can help!

I think 'property interest rate' would be more correct; however, since Bill provided the bulk of the translated term, I don't think that I deserve full credit.
