Vorliegen der genehmigten Mutation des Grundbuchgeometers, xxIngenieure AG, Dübendorf, in welcher das Vertragsobjekt als selbständiges Grundstück vermessen und vermarkt ist (vgl. Grenzen/Bemerkungen Ziffer 3 Seite 2 vorn).

This apparently refers to the subdivision of an existing (Swiss?) Grundbuch (land register) parcel, which has to be surveyed and documented by an official surveyor.

the word mutation exists in English also and deals with the transfer of occupancy rights

Likelier to be Swiss-French derived, though the French word is also around in Austria.
