Kommt wirklich sehrr darauf an, in genau welchem Industriebereich diese Firma tätig ist, und was die Firma "wartet" oder "pflegt". "Service" lässt eher auf mechanische Anlagen oder Gebäude schließen.
Also: "..eine im Bereich Anlagenwartung und -service tätige Firma".

in my opinion it has nothing to do with "maintenance" in the meaning of "Wartung" because we`re not talking about an object but about an inmaterial item of value.
