Spanish term

C/E

me podrán ayudar? gracias

Discussion

patyjs Sep 27, 2006:
I wonder if the E stands for Exempt....sometimes a student is exempt from taking all the courses if they have relevant studies/experience elsewhere. Maybe this will help.

carrera/elegible

Along the lines of the last suggestion, could it refer to mandatory or compulsory subjects and optional subjects ... for instance

C/E carrera... elegible

I really don't know but agree with you that E could be exempt. There is also usually a column for Pass or Fail but I don't see how C/E could mean this. Sorry not to be of more help.

cursado/exonerado

I was a student at the University and it says "C" next to every subject I took regularly and "E" next to the subjects I took in a foreign university and was, therefore, exonerated in Argentina.
