English to Spanish Bus/Financial Medical: Instruments

This is the name of an agreement between a healtcare-management company and one of its suppliers, so tha the supplier can achieve preferred status from the healthcare company.

I've found "acuerdo de suministro" and "acuerdo de entrega", but Google gives no hits on "Acuerdo de suministro y entrega". Is this an acceptable translation?
