Pronounced 'uturun lil-bay'.

Use this answer if oil here refers to perfumes that are oil-based (instead of alcohol based) such as are common in the Midddle East (e.g. مسك musk and عود 'ud).

It is common among the American muslim community to refer to those perfumes simply as "oils". Now since the subject seems to be tourist attractions in Damascus bazaars, this might be more fitting than cooking or heating oil, items which are not exactly the tourist's quest in سوق الحميدية Suq Al-Hamideyyeh.
