Sentence: 樓上那個人月底要走了，他在 那裏住了三年，我連他的名字也不知道！

1st Attempt: The person living above me must leave at the end of the month. He has lived there for three years, and I do not even know his name.

Question One: I have rendered the phrase 樓上那個人 as "the person living above me". I suppose it could also be rendered as "the person living upstairs". My impression is that it refers to the person living just above me, as this is Hong Kong and over 90% of the population lives in high-rise apartments. How would you render it in this context?

Question Two: What is the opposite of 月底? Is it 高底? In Japanese there is a third expression meaning the middle of the month. Does such an expression exist in Chinese?

Question Three: Is the pattern Ａ連Ｂ也Ｃstandard? Would it be acceptable to write :

1) 我連他的名字不知道
2) 我連他的名字都不知道
