German to English Law/Patents Law (general)
AktG is obviously some law on Aktien, does it have an official translation?
UR-Nr. referring to a Firmengruendung
GbR - Gesellschaft beschraenkten Rechtes?? Translation??

1.AktG=Aktiengesetz=the law which deals with stock companies in Germany and all relevant business dealings
2.UR-Nr.=Urkundennummer=document, record, certificate, (in case of a company) registration number
3.GbR=Gesellschaft buergerlichen Rechts
=which means a business entity formed
under the civil code such as a corporation, assosiation, partnership, whereas a GmbH, AG etc. falls under it's own set of law.

Company Law, partnership under the Civil Code

AktG: Aktiengesetz: Company Law (German Company Law applies to companies (Am: corporations) and partnerships limited by shares
