G. Social History
The social history includes the patient's living arrangements and currently important relationships. Emphasis is given to relationships, both familial and nonfamilial, that are relevant to the present illness, act as stressors, or have the potential to serve as resources for the patient. Also included is a history of any formal involvement with social agencies or the courts, as well as details of any current litigation or criminal proceedings.
