Donor Awareness OK, but why $0?
Donor Awareness is certainly a term used in the USA, and I can understand a clause being put in a car sale agreement in an attempt to make more donated organs available, but why $0 I don't know.

I might be way off track here ....
A common tax scam in the USA is to donate your old clunker of a car to some charitable foundation. Then, on your taxes, you take the full blue book value thereby reducing the amoun of tax you owe.
Now the government is taking steps to plug this loophole. They now say that you can only deduct the amount that the charity got when it SOLD your car. Therefore, if they sold it at auction for $25, then you can only deduct the $25 from your (i.e., the donor's) tax.
Until now, the charities did not bother with telling you how much your car sold for. Now they must. So, this might be the way of informing everyone involved just how much the car brought the charity and they are stating that the donor is aware of the amount.
In this case, I assume the car did NOT go to a charity, so the amount would be $0.
